Your Distributor Kit is set to renew soon. It should be set to automatically renew. If it is not set up to automatically renew you can renew it manually. Any distributor accounts with an unpaid Distributor Kit after 7 days from renewal will be downgraded to a Preferred Customer.

Your Distributor Kit subscription has expired. If it is not renewed within [X] day(s) you will be downgraded to a Preferred Customer on [Y]. You can renew your distributor kit by going into your auto-order manager and paying for your declined distributor kit order or you can place a one time order. If this is not done before [Y], to upgrade back to a Distributor you will need to click on the Upgrade button in your back office profile and you will be redirected to the upgrade page where you can check out.
